The CT70 / Trail 70 was Honda’s follow up to their incredibly popular Z50 Mini Trail, which solidified Honda’s commitment to the booming mini-bike market in the U.S.
Like the Z50 Mini Trail the Trail 70 was extremely high quality with beautiful styling, tons of chrome, stunning colors and paintwork that still resonate today.
This gorgeous ruby red example is a K1 3-speed automatic model, manufactured in November 1971. It literally looks like a brand new motorcycle.
Following its complete nut and bolt restoration it was a display bike inside a home bar for seven years. Its battery has never been filled and the bike has only been ridden four (4) miles. Since acquiring it I have installed a brand new carburetor from David Silver Spares (but will include the original carb).
It is sold with a bill of sale / no title.
