To me, this is the ultimate Ducati Monster - a simple machine with “monstrous” power from its 916 Superbike-Kitted motor and light weight, enhanced further, by a full smattering of carbon fiber bits. I have owned 200+ motorcycles and none have accelerated harder than this Monster.
I purchased this 916 S4 from the original owner who spared no expense in upgrades and maintenance - but rarely rode it and never in the rain! This bike has only 8300 miles and has had a very easy life. Summer 2023 service included dealership-performed (at Motowerks Chicago) Desmo service, belts, fluids, adjustments, etc. New clutch, fresh Pirelli tires, new chain, fresh battery, front and rear sprockets and rear brakes. Only non-ethanol fuel has been run since new.
